I had a solar system installed by Solar Ascent and activated just over 3 weeks ago. The entire process was very positive, their sales department quickly responded to my questions and presented me with a couple of options and array sizes following our in person meeting. I found the staff to be very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of their product. Once I decided on the size of the array the process proceeded quickly to installation, Will and his team maintained constant contact throughout the process and met all time lines laid out in our initial consultation. The install crew were extremely friendly and professional and were able to answer any questions that I had during the install phase. I have been using the system for almost a month now and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Solar Ascent to anyone looking to be more environmentally conscious and lower their power bill as rates continue to increase. If you're thinking about going solar and reducing your carbon footprint, I can't say enough good things about Solar Ascent. They have a great team of very professional people who made what at first seemed to be a complicated process, go very smoothly. They were very good at keeping me in the loop during the entire process. Months after the installation, I noticed a couple of pigeons had managed to push their way through the critter guard and were starting to build a nest. Their service department arrived within a couple of hours and repaired the guard and then inspected the entire perimeter of the panels and made some modifications to reinforce the guards. My solar panels are up and running!  On time, on budget and working perfectly.  Now....that's rare. I am having fun watching my phone app .  It shows me exactly how many KWh they are producing in real time ( and knowing my power bills are going down - down - down.) The could not have asked for nicer, more polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff.  They walked me through the whole process. Our experience with Solar Ascent has been nothing but positive.  From the start, Morgaine and the team were extremely helpful and responsive.  We were very happy with the amount of communication during the planning and installation process.  We love our solar panels and have reaped the benefits ever since.
